The customer agrees to take professional driving lessons with this school, the school agrees to provide a dual controlled vehicle for all practical driving lessons at no additional cost. Driving lessons are not transferable, pick up and drop off at the customer's location is included and each lesson is 120 minutes. It is agreed that any owner, instructor, agent or employee of this driving school shall not give any impression, that upon completion the driving lessons, the school will guarantee passing the driving exam to secure a driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle. Driving lessons (a service) and/or driving exam services (a service) offered by JMP Driving School are solely “services”, no goods of any kind (tangible, intangible or digital) will be sold or delivered. For the driving exam services (if chosen), the school will pick up and drop off the customer at the agreed location(s). The school will not refund any payment of part of it, when the school is ready, willing and able to fulfill its part of this agreement. Section 322.56(3)(b) and (e), Florida Statutes, provides that a customer who passes the Class E Knowledge Exam (written exam) or Driving Skills Test (driving exam) through an authorized testing center may be randomly selected for a no fee mandatory re-test without prior notice. After a re-test with a passing score is completed in a driver license or tax collector office, the license will be issued. A failed mandatory re-test will require a re-exam fee be collected at the next exam attempt. “Any reschedule requests within 2 business (including holidays) days from the appointment(s) date, may result in the forfeiture of that (those) appointment(s) unless a reschedule fee of $50/lesson is paid ($75 for driving exam service). Request made within a business will result in the forfeiture of that (those) appointment(s). If the driving school cancels the appointment(s) within 2 business days, such appointment(s) will be scheduled without penalty to the customer, subject to availability.” The customer (or payer on behalf of the customer) agrees that all driving lessons will be taken within 60 days (180 days applicable to Elite package only), driving exam services are exempted. Driving lessons not taken within 60 days (180 days for Elite package only) may be forfeited unless a fee of $50/lesson is paid (plus any variation of price per lesson, if any). Payment reflects acceptance of all the aforementioned Terms and Conditions.
